With more than 36 years in long-term care, Penny McDaniel leads Craighead Nursing Center with a people-first philosophy. As Administrator, she oversees facility operations, regulatory compliance, staffing, and resident care while fostering a culture built on accountability and compassion. Penny has served in leadership roles throughout her career and believes that when residents and employees are cared for first, everything else falls into place.
