This position oversees all facility maintenance repairs utilizing established policies and procedures in an efficient, cost-effective manner to safely meet residents’ needs. Must be able to walk and withstand long periods of time on your feet, must be able to lift at least 20 lbs, and must be an effective communicator. This position organizes and maintains all records necessary to meet regulatory guidelines. Must have flexibility and take “call” when assigned. Prior knowledge of long term care policies preferred.

Must pass extensive background check such as criminal, adult maltreatment, sex offender, etc.

1st shift (6a-2:30pm)

3rd shift (10pm-6:30am)

Must hold a current CNA license in the state of Arkansas. Rotating shifts with every other weekend off. Currently offering attendance incentive pay.

6am-6:30 pm and 6pm-6:30 am (FT or PT)

Must hold a current LPN or RN license in the state of Arkansas. 12 hour shifts with every other weekend off. We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for charge nurses that meet eligibility requirements. Currently offering attendance incentive pay.

7a-3:30p Full-time

Entry level position for day shift. Hours vary from week to week. No experience required. Currently offering attendance incentive pay.

11a-7:30p FT

Entry level position in kitchen available. On-the-job training provided. Opportunity to advance to cook position for motivated candidate. Currently offering attendance incentive pay.
