Heather Sagley is the Environmental Supervisor that oversees housekeeping and laundry. She ensures CNC is a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. She is responsible for environmental services leadership, scheduling and managing Central Supply. Although Heather is a supervisor, she also maintains her CNA certification. She has been in the healthcare industry for 27 years. Of those 27 years, she has been with CNC for 26 of those years. She held the position of CNA on the floor for 8 years, Restorative nurse aide for 14 year, and Supervisor for the last 4 years. Heather enjoys getting to build relationships with the residents and knowing everyday she can make a difference. She also wants to help her staff succeed. Heather’s philosophy to leadership is “Residents first.”
