Cindy Howard serves as Rehab Director and Physical Therapist Assistant, bringing 22 years of healthcare experience to Craighead Nursing Center. She is dedicated to helping residents regain independence, mobility, and confidence through individualized therapy programs. Cindy believes strong relationships are the foundation of successful rehabilitation and works closely with each resident to support meaningful progress and improved quality of life.
