Ashley Stone serves as Assistant Director of Nursing, supporting clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and quality resident care. After originally working at Craighead Nursing Center from 2008–2011, she returned four years ago because the facility always felt like home. Ashley believes every resident deserves compassionate, individualized care and is committed to building trusting relationships with residents, families, and her team.
